Closing all BT Redcare operations on 15 December 2025

BT has made the difficult decision to close all BT Redcare operations but has now postponed the closure until 15th December 2025. We appreciate that this will not be welcome news, so we are giving as much notice as we possibly can.

Update 21st July 2025: BT have decided to delay the closure until 15th December 2025 to allow more time for Redcare’s customers to upgrade or cease critical alarm systems. Our staff levels will be reducing as we wind down towards this period but we will retain a technical help desk & reduced team to support & help answer any questions you may have.

Update 4 June 2024: AddSecure will step in as a partner to take on the responsibility of managing customer relationships with alarm receiving centres currently using BT Redcare’s Next Generation portfolio of alarm signalling devices. This collaboration with AddSecure will continue support for BT Redcare Next Generation fire and security alarm signalling services in the UK. Also, BT Redcare customers using legacy products will have the option to upgrade to the next gen portfolio with AddSecure.
